Kate Spiegel, widowed mother of active toddler, Finn, and co-owner of a small Minneapolis-based sports public relations firm, receives THE call from a powerful sports agent, Sol Silberstein, offering her a dream contract. Her new client is Jonah Messner, handsome quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings. Silberstein's offer comes with a three-fold request. First, shed bad publicity surrounding Jonah. Second, re-brand the quarterback as a sensitive man. And lastly, find him a normal woman for a serious relationship, and perhaps his future wife. Kate's best friend and business partner, Annette Rainier, nicknames their campaign Operation Finding Cinderella. Odds are against them as there are unknown bits of information in the corners, and Jonah's parents want him to marry a celebrity hotel mogul's daughter with a selfish attitude. When Finn becomes seriously ill, Jonah pulls strings to help care for the toddler and receives a kiss of thanks from Kate. There's more than agent-client feelings between the two, but there's also a possible match in the wings for Jonah. Jonah will need to make a serious decision, but will it be a decision all can live with.
