We both practice for over 2 hours per day in the early morning to set the frequency and expectation for what the Universe will manifest that day. As obstacles are perceived the ability to reflect on the good contained in the events and encounters of the day will gradually grow within each person.This experience for us has been amazing and the reason we wish to share this book with all who would like to achieve Self Mastery.
