Moreover, it is generally known that in order to protect personal data the collection, use and disclosure of personal information are regulated by law, but differently in different countries... So does that really works? In this book is presented my analysis of USA, EU and Lithuanian law, in order to answer the question does social networking site “Facebook” legally collect, use and disclose users’ personal information?.
